  We have visited several Platos Closet 's location over the years and my experiences have been positive. However, we visited the East Amherst location for the first time today. It was a very uncomfortable & unwelcoming experience. The tall slim girl with long hair that was on the floor putting items back, seemed irritated by our very presence in the store the entire time. It was difficult for us to get any help from her. We felt like because of race, our kind wasn't welcomed there. We left without purchasing anything and won't be visiting this location again.
